Corrections especially. Every figure here is sourced and dated precisely so that it can be challenged.

Row & Recover is published by Type 5 Marketing LLC.
We are a national publisher with no storefront and no physical premises, so there is no address or phone number here — and no local business markup pretending otherwise. Email is the way in.
What helps
If you are reporting a correction
The most useful thing you can send is a link to the manufacturer’s own published figure. Every specification on this site is traced to a source and a date, so a competing source is what lets us check quickly and fix it.
Things worth telling us about:
- A specification we have recorded incorrectly.
- A figure a manufacturer has since changed.
- A machine that has been discontinued and should come down.
- A subscription price that has moved.
- A machine you think belongs on the site and is not here.
When we correct a page we update its last-verified date with it, and where a correction changes a recommendation or a material figure we note the change rather than quietly editing it. The corrections policy is part of our editorial policy.
Before you write
Two things we cannot help with
Warranty claims, returns and faults. We do not sell rowing machines — we write about them and link to Amazon. If a machine has arrived damaged or has failed, the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from is the only route. We have no visibility into your order.
Medical questions. Nobody here is a doctor, a physiotherapist or a coach, and we cannot advise on whether rowing is appropriate for a knee, a back or a heart condition. Please ask a clinician. Where our guides touch on those subjects, they say the same thing.
For anything about how we reach a conclusion, the method is published in full.
